Responsibilities

  • Researching consumer behaviour and formulating value propositions for varied customer archetypes and segments
  • Provide detailed targeting reports to brief the Media Buying team outlining audience demographics, psychographics, affinities and more to help ensure paid media campaigns are given the best chance of success.
  • Need to be comfortable writing Creative Briefs which hone in on consumer and market insights that lead to award winning advertising campaigns.
  • Develop actionable multi-channel marketing strategies with clearly defined deliverables and you will be able to produce media plans capable of pin-pointing the ideal audiences our clients need to reach.
  • Define clear KPIs to measure campaign success and decide on the most effective attribution framework to adopt in each unique campaign scenario.
  • Get regular feedback from the Media Buying team to help you build up a playbook of what has worked on campaigns so we have a backlog of effective executions to draw from on new projects.
  • Maintain good relationships with our agency reps at the leading platforms and publishers to stay ahead of their changing features and emergent consumer trends - looking out for opportunities to produce groundbreaking work.
  • Regularly research our clients competition to identify threats and opportunities
  • Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy
  • Construct forecasts and analytical models
  • Monitor and analyse industry trends and market changes


Requirements

  • Self-starter who is happy to get stuck in.
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning within a digital agency environment.
  • Experience building thorough digital campaign plans / SOW’s.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and inspire people.

We are looking for a talented Product Designer (in house or remote) to support us in creating leading-edge interfaces for both the web and native mobile apps. You'll work alongside other specialists across disciplines to define, design and optimise high-end digital assets and exciting new products for our firm and our big name clients across industries.

You will use inventive product design to help stimulate rapid user and customer growth for clients products as well as our own - knowing how to design around data and integrations to ship powerful features and functionality fast. You are an expert visual designer, have an advanced understanding of branding and are experienced in working with developers to produce stylish modern interfaces that follow best practice user experience principles.

Day To Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and design digital products with world class user experience that incorporate the needs of the user and meet business goals
  • Craft strong visual identities for digital products which help elevate the interface experiences you design
  • Develop signature interactions and transitions to help lift the user experience
  • Actively stay to to date with current mobile interface design patterns for both the web and native mobile apps
  • Create and iterate prototypes to test and communicate ideas
  • Present design concepts and explain rationale to clients, including articulating the decisions and thought processes that informed the designs
  • Help shape UX and UI for Growthcurve's range of public facing products and for our agency clients
  • Lead projects through the full design lifecycle, including:
    - Taking and interrogating briefs
    - Helping to facilitate kick-off meetings and workshops
    - Making initial sketches and concepts
    - Conducting design testing and research
  • Work closely with our front-end developers to turn your concepts and high fidelity interface designs into quality user centric product
  • Welcome the constructive criticism of your work and be able to constructively review the work of others


Requirements

  • Expert visual design skills in interfaces, layout and branding

The Role

As a Senior Digital Project Manager at Growthcurve you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex site builds, design sprints, full funnel marketing campaigns, content creation, live action film production, growth marketing experiment, mobile app development projects and more with varying levels of technical difficulty and a wide range of budgets.

You'll lead from the front delivering your own 6-7 figure programme of projects as well as managing multiple direct reports to ensuring we always meet our commitments to our clients.

As we deliver such a broad range of innovative projects often dealing with emergent technology it's crucial that you help establish a robust and delivery process and that you are well versed in leading teams through initial requirements gathering and solution design.
